How do I know if my roof is damaged?

Missing shingles and interior leaks are the most common sign. It is is much harder to see hail damage without getting on the roof itself. Just give us a call and one of our reps will inspect it for you. Our estimates are always free. It is a good idea to have an inspections after any severe storm in your area.

Do you require a down payment?

No. Quality Roofing will never ask you for money up front. You should always beware when a contractor of any type asks for money before beginning a project.

Do you accept credit cards?

We do not accept credit cards. The payment processing fees would have to be passed on to our clients in the form of higher prices and we refuse to do that. We accept personal checks, insurance claim checks and cash.

Are you licensed and Insured?

Yes. We hold insurance and licensing across North Alabama. Along with an estimate, your sales representative will provide you with a packet containing a copy of our licenses and insurance certificates.

What type of warranty do you offer?

Quality Roofing warranties all work. We offer a 10 year labor warranty with complete roof replacements and a one year warranty with all repairs. Material warranties range from a 25 year to lifetime warranty depending on the type of shingles you choose.

How long will the job take?

95% of our residential jobs take no more than 1 day to complete. Our crews consist of 8 to 12 roofers. Our goal is to get you back to normal as quickly as possible while providing you with a quality roof. Larger jobs may take an additional day to complete.

Will you remove all debris from my property?

Yes. We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our job sites. Once the job is complete, all debris will be removed and all nails will be picked up by our team. Finally, we’ll magnetize the property to pick up any remaining nails we might have missed.
